My Approach
After three decades leading independent schools and mission-driven organizations, I've learned that great leadership isn't just about vision and results — it's about developing the clarity, confidence, and resilience to lead authentically through uncertainty.
As a leadership performance coach, I partner with school heads, nonprofit executives, and aspiring leaders navigating organizational change, board dynamics, and the weight of leadership isolation. I provide a confidential space for honest reflection, strategic thinking, and decisive action.
I'm not here to tell you what I did. I'm here to help you discover what you need to do — and who you need to become — to lead with greater effectiveness and authenticity.
My coaching is grounded in real-world experience, deep sector knowledge, and ICF-Certified training in leadership and performance coaching through Brown University's Leadership & Performance Coaching program
