Detailed Service Plan
Who This Serves:
New Heads/Executive Directors (first 3 years): Building your leadership presence, navigating board relationships, learning to make decisions with conviction
Experienced Heads/EDs (3+ years): Seeking renewal, considering your next chapter, leading through significant institutional change
Heads in Transition: Managing leadership turnover on your team, strategic repositioning, or cultural transformation
Nonprofit Executive Directors: Leading mission-driven organizations with volunteer boards and resource constraints
What We'll Work On Together: The beauty of an annual partnership is we follow your actual leadership journey, not a predetermined curriculum. Common themes include: Leadership Presence & Authenticity; Board Relationship & Governance; Strategic Decision-Making; Team Leadership; and Personal Sustainability
What Makes This Different: I've lived the full arc of school leadership—the exhilaration of strategic wins and the exhaustion of crisis management. I know what it's like to make budget decisions that affect people's livelihoods, to stand before your community after a difficult decision, to manage board members who fundamentally disagree about the school's direction. My coaching combines ICF-trained methodology with 28 years of lived experience, giving you both structure and wisdom. You're not getting generic executive coaching adapted to education and nonprofits. You're getting coaching from someone who knows exactly what you're navigating because I've navigated it myself.
Confidentiality: Everything discussed in our sessions is kept completely confidential. I work with multiple heads and leaders simultaneously, and I maintain absolute confidentiality with each client. You can speak freely about board members, personnel challenges, your own doubts and fears—knowing nothing leaves our sessions.
Timeline: Bi-weekly, 90-minute sessions (24 sessions typically delivered over 10-12 months) with text/email access for urgent questions and quick coaching as well as Board meeting preparation consultations (15-minute calls before critical meetings) and crisis leadership support when unexpected challenges emerge.
Pricing: Varies. Most schools and nonprofits will cover this as an investment in your professional development and sustainability. I can provide a proposal you can share with your board or finance committee. Sliding Scale Available: I offer adjusted pricing for new heads of school and small organizations with limited budgets. The investment in your leadership pays dividends in your health, organizational culture, institutional outcomes, and a more engaged board. Let's talk about what works for your situation.
